Order Processing
- Processing Time: Each item is handmade with care. Processing times vary by product and are typically 5-7 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.
- Custom Orders: Custom orders may require additional time. Please refer to the product listing or contact me directly for estimated processing times.
Shipping
- Shipping Methods: I use FedEx to deliver your orders. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
- Shipping Times: Estimated delivery is 5-10 business days depending on your location. International shipping times may vary.
- Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details.
Note: I am not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or weather conditions.
Returns and Exchanges
- Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging.
- Exclusions: Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact me using the email listed on my shop site with the subject line Return/Exchange [your order number here]. Then tell me the reason for your request.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to my error.
Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may not be possible, especially for custom orders.
Custom and Personalized Orders
- Design Approval: I will work with you to finalize custom designs. Once approved, changes cannot be made.
- Payment: Full payment is required upfront for custom orders.

Each product listing includes care instructions to help you maintain the quality of your handmade items. Please follow these guideline to ensure the longevity of your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. I will work with you to resolve the problem through a replacement, repair, or refund.
